As part of the mentorship component of my ECMP 355 course I conducted an interview with my mentor John T. Spencer. I wish I would have done this interview at the beginning of our mentorship experience because I feel like he had a lot to share that would have helped during this course!

THanks Laura, I’m definitely going to have this done at the beginning of the experience from now on.
I still definitely got something out of it doing it at the end, but I definitely think I would have gotten more out of it if I did it at the start. Especially because I think it would have made me more open to asking questions that came to mind along the way, rather than waiting and saving them for the interview.
